TMC rail-booking service Evolvi Rail Systems is to open a new headquarters and customer support centre in Reading, it announced today. The new office will consolidate the company’s help desk and technical teams under one roof, which Ken Cameron, managing director of Evolvi says is key for its growth. “This co-location will ensure that we are best placed both to respond to customer enquiries and to roll out technical enhancements,” he explained. “The first major project for this new centre will be to support the launch later this year of the all-new Evolvi platform, exclusively available to TMCs.”
