SkyWork Airlines of Switzerland is preparing for its double daily service from London City Airport following the introduction of its new Q400. The new 70-seat aircraft will be deployed on the Bern to Palma route and SkyWork is now anticipating its new aircraft in time for the double daily service to Bern from London City in September. “London City-Bern has become a star performer in our route network,” said Tomislav Lang, CEO of SkyWork Airlines. “We are very much looking forward to building on that success by offering morning and evening departures, affording the business traveller a full day in the cities of Bern and London.” The airline is also gearing up for its GDS launch with Amadeus and Travelport in September and is also set to launch details of ‘interesting initiatives’ ahead of the ski season.
